1) How do I order the Collegiate Coffee Brewer?

2) How do I order Baronet Coffee/Tea products?

3) How do I make coffee in the Collegiate Coffee Brewer?

The Brewer is designed to use one pod at a time with 8-10 oz. of water. Vary amount of water to taste. Do not use 2 pods at a time in the brew basket, as the Brewer is designed specifically to brew only one at a time. Be sure to place your mug in the tray provided before you press the brew button. See brewer manual for additional information.

4) Can I make hot water in the brewer for tea, hot chocolate, soup, Asian noodles, etc?

Yes, all you do is add 8-10 oz. of water into the intake compartment, but do not place anything in the brew basket. Again, be sure to place your mug in the tray provided before you press the brew button. Simply add the tea, cocoa, soup, noodle mix to the hot water and stir.

5) What do I do if my Collegiate Coffee Brewer stops working?

First, check to make sure your Brewer is plugged into an active electrical outlet. Every Brewer comes with a one year limited warranty. However, if your Brewer stops working for any reason, please ship the defective unit to: Collegiate Coffee, 828 Newark Ave., Elizabeth, NJ 07208. Please include your complete ship to address when you return the unit to us. We will ship a replacement brewer to you at no charge as long as it’s within the one year warranty period.

6) Is it possible to receive automatic shipments of coffee pods on regular intervals?

Yes. Individuals will be able to set up an automatic shipment program that meets their needs. Whether weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, Collegiate Coffee will make sure those on the Automatic Shipment Program (ASP) won’t run out of the Coffee/Tea Pods. Customers who sign up for the ASP will automatically receive a 10% discount on all orders. Click on the Automatic Shipment Program tab to place your order.

7) Can I have a brewer and/or Coffee/Tea Pods shipped to my home address?

Yes, just be sure to complete the required information on the drop down menu on the Home page: Ship to Home.

8) Can my friends and family order the Collegiate Coffee Brewer and Coffee/Tea Pods?

Yes. Just have them sign on to our website at www.collegiatecoffee.net and place their order on the link found on the Home page using the drop down menu: Ship to Home.
